"It is very heartbreaking reading a comment like this especially when it is untrue and also especially when you were not in the same area of the house the whole time with us and your wife. You also left before we left and your wife mentioned how grateful she was for us, gave us many compliments on our work, and also set up another appointment for us to come back and took all our information! We had a good relationship and were able to communicate and understand each other. I do admit to asking your wife for space as I was cleaning because we are all human and deserve our personal space regardless of where we are at. There was no argument."
