Did not fix it. Left without checking. Would not call back after dishwasher was leaking. The worst repair guy l have ever had.

"We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. I would like to explain the service call as there seems to be some missing content in your review. You requested a service call for a broken door on your dishwasher. The tech came and found that you had fallen onto the door and twisted the frame. He fixed it as best he could without you having to buy a new appliance. He then tested the unit to make sure it was working properly before he left, which it was. You called the next day and left a message saying the dishwasher was leaking. You were called back several times yet we received no response. We strive for the best service for our customers and we will always make return trips if there is a problem."

Adam reached out promptly and let me know his availability and what to expect if hired. He was kind enough to give me a heads up before arriving, and was on time. Once at my home he asked thorough questions to understand the issue, then got straight to work inspecting further. He was able to fix our issue, tell us how to better maintain our dryer, and charged a fair rate. He was polite and efficient and I couldn't ask for more!

I contacted AAG appliance repair and Adam was able to come out that day. I called several repair places and I thought the service call from AAG Appliance was reasonable. After troubleshooting why there was a leak in my GE dishwasher, we decided that in the future I would just turn the dial directly to start rather than in one of the previous cycles. I am glad and relieved that I did not have to purchase a brand new dishwasher. Adam was professional and thorough in his investigation. I highly recommend AAG Appliance repair. Adam had an opening that got us in within a couple of hours. He took about 30 minutes to complete the job of installing a garbage disposal. Unfortunately he set a part on the counter and forgot to install it. Once we called him he came back over and put the piece in place in a few minutes, no extra charge, and with a smile. He was a pleasure to work with and I completely recommend him!

My fridge stopped working overnight Friday, I requested a quote Saturday morning and heard back from Adam within an hour. Adam squeezed me into his Saturday work schedule. He arrived on time, putting covers over his shoes to keep from tracking in dirt etc. and went to work immediately. He was able to access and complete the repair in an hour and the cost was very reasonable for a weekend repair compared to if I would have had to purchase a new refrigerator.

It was a very cost effective evaluation of the problem. It turned out I need ed a new washer and he didn't try to over sell me on a costly repair. He charged a reasonable amount especially for the time he put in.

We had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention. Adam was quick to respond and arrived at our home even earlier than anticipated. He quickly assessed the problem and implemented the correction in a timely and efficient fashion. He took time to explain the cause and instructed us how to avoid it in the future.
