Terrible experience!!! Incompetent workers. Garbage left in bushes, Screen is so loose it looks like it's going to fly away in any gust of wind They do not disclose that you are signing a loan instead of a contract with them. Never showed up or called in first day of installation because after a into my home we without permission because I told them Thanks but no thanks after the no show. Terrible company. Job was best ar a minimal.

Horrible company. Unreliable. Hired to replace windows and sliding doors in the condo apartment. Sign a contract with them in August 2022. It is June 2023 now and work is still not finished. Because of multiple delays, I have to postpone and rehire other contractors who were doing other jobs. Because they had to rent expensive storage to keep purchased appliances, vanities, furniture, etc. Delivered wrong windows. Not answering phone calls. Failed inspection. Quality of work is below standard. The new windows look worse than my old ones. Will be using them for all the heartache losses. Most likely will have to redo all windows and doors, because the building is not approving this job. Horrible!!!

I love the professionalism of this company. The installation crew did an amazing job installing the windows. I will be using them in the future for personal projects in my home.

AA Glass and Windows Inc. located in Miami, FL is the worst contracting company I have ever worked with. They did a terrible job on replacing only three windows in my house and two exterior doors and took over a year to complete with 3 failed inspections, a 3-day job took 12 work days. One of the biggest issues is that they installed a door smaller than our original door that was not fire-rated and when we refused to pay for it until they put in the correct fire-rated door they decided to put a lien on our home. Our lawyer came to see the installation and stated that was the worst job he has ever seen. Even the caulking that sealed the windows was bubbled and uneven. They tore paint far past the installation area, water began leaking through multiple places in the window where it did not do before, they said that it was the house, not the window installation. When they FINALLY replaced the door to the correct size door they left gaps between the door and the frame and also the spaces where the frame meets causing small pests to enter our home. I spoke to the office manager Evelyn that same day and told her about the gaps, they were supposed to return to seal it better but needed the proper color caulking. Of course, she sent an email deeming the job complete. PLEASE save yourself the heartache, do not go with this horrible, unprofessional, and substandard company.

I had such an amazing experience with AA Glass & Windows. Their staff were amazing to speak to and they made sure to guide me through the whole process. The installation crew did an amazing job installing the windows. I highly recommend AA Glass & Window to anyone wishing to get new impact windows or doors. They are truly a wonderful company!

I would say this was such a frictionless experience for me. Things like hurricane-proofing my home gives me so much anxiety that I end up putting it off until the last minute. Thankfully David provided assurances and made me feel secure through the whole process. I would definitely recommend AA Glass & Windows to a friend!
