1. they cashed my check the 1st day but tossed my file in the completed job pile. I called them after 2 wks on no call from them only to find out the granite i had previously picked out had been lost or sold & had to repick something else. Only one employee could speak english & even the owner could not really be understood! The day the were finally scheduled to show, they didnt show up. I called & they said it would be several more hours that they hadnt done anything on our granite so we rescheduled after my husband had takien the day off to be home! They were secheduled to be back late that afternoon. They were 1 hr late then! $100 off
