Performing Home inspections since 1995, I've performed over 8,000 homes in Delaware Maryland and Pennsylvania Serving New Castle, Kent, Chester and Cecil counties. ASHI Certified, Former President of First State ASHI (8 Years). Appointed by the Governor of Delaware to the State Board of Home Inspectors for a 3 years term, Currently the Boards Chairman. In addition we are certified to perform Termite Inspections, perform Radon and water Testing and perform Lead Visuals. Always choose an experienced profession.

Complete Home Inspection
I was pleased in every way with this company. Francis, the inspector, was great and very thorough. He spent close to two hours on a two bedroom condo. The report was emailed the same day and included pictures of everything. I highly recommend this company and Francis.

Don showed up on time, was very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to provide us some great suggestions on who to save our home energy costs.
