The young man who claims to own this business is not ready to be a business owner. He quoted me one fee and accepted a $20 deposit. The day before my move he called and raised my fee an additional $100 blaming it on the economy. On the day of the move they were 2 hours late, he blamed that on the workers finishing up a prior move, which I found out was a lie. He does not own a truck he has to rent a truck from u-haul. The movers were kind but unprofessional. It took them hours to move one bed for another. They had no tools and expected me to provide the tools. The owner is not a truthful person, he straight out lied and said I indicated I would provide the tools. The job was incomplete and I had to hire additional help to come in and finish what they did not complete. All in all, this is a horrible company and a very unprofessional owner. Stay away from Oscar of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. I am sorry I tried to support this young black man.
