Tony is a very intelligent IT professional who actually listens to your problems and issues and finds a solution. He was very neat. I was impressed that he didn't leave a mess during or even after his work was done. The work he did was expertly done. Anytime I needed to connect with him he was responsive. Whatever time he told me he was going to be at my house, he was there and not a minute later.

Once the work was done, Tony followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything else done, I thought that was great. Tony really takes his time with his work. I've hired Best Buy installers in the past but Tony is in a league in his own. You can really tell he cares about getting the job correctly and not rushing it.
