He doesnt stand by his work. One tree died in a month. He said I got a good deal. And I wasnt able to get any satisfaction.

Project is not quite finished at this time. Just waiting for the last part to be completed - more mulch needed to complete, and possibly change a few plants. The last two items are low because I don't know the final price - needs to be settled upon. The business is very busy so it has been somewhat difficult to get a date for the job to be done. The crew was terrific.

Frank brought goods ideas and recommendations to the project. We are very pleased with the results and feel that we met our objectives and stayed Florida native at the same time.

A challenge gated community has rules & regs we replaced existing overgrown Oleanders planted very close to pool cage was used a buffer from cars on street. We removed both Oleander's & Arboricola's cleaned out entire area & planted it up with mostly Native plants & small trees like Allspice. We located larger plants 10-14 feet away from cage & planted smaller lower growing plants between larger plants & cage offering more of a buffer. Sadly some of the Native plants just don't look good when 1st planted (usually the case w/small natives). Visited the site the other day as clients are out of town, plants are filling out nicely.

Gated community could not access the site when we did client did not know anything is, waterfall is in pool operated through a remote control that did not work, check wires checked voltage while there & could not get it to respond. Told client pool service company needs to replace parts & cannot, suggested pool company to continue work.

Frank is very personable and knowledgeable. We gave him a difficult piece of property in which to design a plan that would not only be as maintenance free as possible but also eye-pleasing and with native plants. His extensive knowledge, interest, and energy are proving to be just what we were looking for. His many suggestions and time and money saving ideas are what sets him apart in his industry. We are extremely pleased having hired Frank and very highly recommend him to anyone considering a major or even a minor landscaping change.

The site was unusual & home owner had contractor who destroyed existing native settings, we cleaned up others mess, was able to create a pleasing outdoor living space form start to finish & save the client 1000's of dollars. Great people to work for, they understood the value in going with native landscapes alto some exotics are used, the place has eye catching appeal.
