Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
Vinny is a very friendly and professional guy who we really enjoyed working with. The quality of his work is excellent- we used him for our sidewalk and refurbishing the rod iron railings. Overall positive experience with him and the final project turned out great! We would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again in future projects.

The finished product turned out very well but it was frustrating because the job was finished over 3 months later than I was originally quoted. Yes, I would still recommend him if you are not on a set schedule. He is very pleasant, a nice guy, and quality of work was very good. A driveway is very expensive in Connecticut and so I thought his pricing was very reasonable and fair. Due to his timeliness that is what prevented me from giving him a 5 star rating.

Vincent did an absolutely beautiful job on my cement and asphalt driveway. Their craftsmanship was top-notch. They finished the job quickly, and left the work area clean when they were not there. They stayed in touch throughout the process, and they take tremendous pride in their work. I have worked with hundreds of contractors over the years and these folks are among the very best and most reliable. Cannot say enough good things, also the prices were competitive, and they delivered a better quality of work than I would expect for a similar price.

Vincent knows the cement business. I learned a lot from him. He replaced old cement floor and driveway. He works hard for his customers even weekends when circumstances dictate. I plan to hire him again to install patio stone when I choose the material and design.

We signed a contract with Vincent's wife (she is the owner of the business) early May 2018. The terms of the contract for payment were 25% at signing 25 % when the job was stared and the last 50 % when the job was complete. Unfortunately Vince deceived me by starting the job earlier ( two days worth of work) that required collecting the second 25 % of payment (needing the money immediately). He then did not showing up for 2 months. When Vince finally showed and finished the driveway preparation it was nothing but excuse after excuse when the work would be completed. What bothered me the most was when Vince had the nerve to insult my intelligence and make up an excuse that the paving machine trailer had two (not just one) flat tire on the day it was scheduled to come to my home. The job was finally finished 5 months later. Vince was at my home 5 days in five month! Vince didn't even show up to supervise the final paving, only his wife to collect the check. Vincent was very professional and informative (talks a lot), he takes pride in his work and pays a lot of attention into detail he is VERY METICULOUS ABOUT HIS WORK! I'm happy with the work he provided. I would only recommend him if you are willing to be deceived by his made up stories, with his timing. Or you are willing to wait several months to have the work completed and are willing to put out a large sum of money at one time and then wonder when the work would be finished.

Unfortunately this year the weather has been a really big factor for those delays. Some of our customers can't understand that with one day of rain it doesn't mean that we can work the next day in most cases. It usually takes 2 or 3 days to dry out. We have had very few weeks this summer without one or more days of rain this season. Vincent worked and prepared your project with a lot of pride and he is, as you said, very meticulous with not only your job but every job he does to give our customers the best product because you (our customers) deserve it. We are a team and the crew we have doesn't need Vincent to be present at the end of the project to supervise because our paving crew does not require supervision. The most important and critical part has been done by Vincent himself. Grecia is not only Vincent's wife, she owns the company and she is well qualified to supervise any of our projects if needs be. It took more time than we expected without question, however the conditions must be ideal to insure the best job possible and to be able to stand behind our industry leading 5 Year warranty that is standard on ALL of our work. We put all of our over 35 years of knowledge and experience to use on all of our projects without exceptions. Our work always speaks for itself. Vincent Police, the owner, started and completed the work as per the schedule. He was on site the majority of the time both supervising his crew and performing the work. He kept me informed on a daily basis and was very helpful explaining the scope of work as it took place for removing the slab in my 2 car garage and pouring a new reinforced slab. The finished product has a professional looking appearance and the crew left a totally cleaned site. I'm very satisfied with the work and i recommend AA Outdoor Services for similar projects.d

As others have said here on Home Advisor, Vincent and his wife Grecia do outstanding work, communicate better than any other contractor I've ever hired, and most importantly to me they are quality people. The price was fair and reasonable; they were flexible and super trustworthy. I actually enjoyed having them at my home believe it or not. We needed to tear up an old concrete driveway (~50' x 12') and replace it. Initially we thought we were going to go with asphalt because of the lower cost, but when we discussed the pros and cons with Vincent and compared his quote to those from other companies, we realized AA Outdoor could do a high quality concrete driveway at a price that was comparable to asphalt. Concrete will also save us maintenance and expense over asphalt too, and that decision was made in part because of the excellent communication and feedback from Vincent when we first started discussing the project. Vincent is very knowledgable and has decades of quality experience; I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all - I actually learned a lot from him. I recommend Vincent and Grecia (AA Outdoor Services) highly without a doubt!

I have never come across a contractor as good as Vincent and his crew. He is polite, answers all questions, very prompt in answering emails and phone calls. His work is beyond approach. He repaired my drive that had a large hump that prevented me from getting into my garage. He removed the hump, neatly placed the debris in a pile and removed it and proceeded to repave the area that had been causing a problem. Neat takes on a new meaning with Vincent. I could not be happier with the results. And most of all, his price was very reasonable, less than half of the other estimates that I received. When I was searching for someone to repair the drive, what turned me onto Vincent is that he advertises that there is no job too big or too small. I will definitely use Vincent again, if the need a rises.

This job was done in my house in Meriden, Conneticut, 06451. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The owners are part of the entire process. They work with us and help us make good choices and save us money. They worked very hard and the site was always clean and neat. The turnaround time was great and they responded fast to any questions. Their work exceed the industry standards. Concrete Foundation - Repair
Their work was exceptional. This is a family owned and operated business and they take a lot of pride in what they do. Our entire garage floor was in shambles. They removed the entire floor and a new garage floor was installed. It looks phenomenal. They are hard working, dedicated professionals. They did everything they said they would do and beyond. The price didn't change. I would highly recommend them to anyone with concrete repair issues.

So happy with the job that was done. The husband and wife team were courteous and polite, professional and overall great. I liked that they were so accessible, communicating each step along the way for my stamped concrete landing. I wasn't sure what I wanted, they gave advice and guidance - I trusted Vincent's judgement and his expertise paid off. The job is beautiful, I am so pleased. It is nice to see a company that means what they say, and say what they mean - that is very important to me and they deliver. HIGHLY recommended!! I am planning to have them come back in the fall to do another project. When have you had someone come and do a job and then rehired them? I haven't done that too many times, but for this company, I absolutely will!
