Bob recently conducted our home inspection. He was extremely professional, very thorough and gave us a detailed report. Bob also made sure to educate on home maintenance tips, and made us feel very informed.

I have used AAPEX Home Inspection Services twice and could not be happier with their work. They are super professional and friendly. Their reports are thorough with good pictures and include all the information needed to understand the condition of the house. Bob at this company took me around the Condo and specifically showed and told me everything that needed to be fixed, repaired and replaced! This inspection changed my mind about buying it! I would highly recommend Bob to all of my family and friends to have a home or condo inspected!

Steve is wonderful. This is the second he that he has inspected for me. Hes on time and very professional. The inspection lasted about 2 hours for an 1100 sqft home. And every inch of the home was inspected. Steve answered questions as we went through the he and he also gave honest non biased answers. Give steve a call before calling others i promise you will not be sorry... and glad you did.
