I hired to fix multiple damages to drywall in various rooms within the rental. Alberto handled it very well at a reasonable cost.

Alberto offered to come out to do the repair to drywall under the windows of my front bedroom on Sunday—but as that was Father’s Day, I suggested the following Monday morning. He and his assistant arrived before 8 am and finished the job by 4 pm. He removed the drywall, replaced a lot of rotten wood behind the drywall, reenforcing weakened vertical studs and replacing horizontals with pressure treated wood. He investigated the probable cause/location of the old leak, as well. He then installed the insulation, new drywall and molding, and painted both. The room was left very tidy and he used a vacuum to abate the dust, doing all of his cutting outside. He is a very skilled, honest, and hard worker and I plan on employing him for other projects.

Had them replace and repaint a bathroom ceiling. Alberto and his crew did a fine job.
