Absolutely despicable owners. Do not hire Asphalt Advisory Pros, Inc. unless you want to pay to be treated extremely unprofessional! We hired this company to fill in the cracks and seal our driveway. The filler did not set up - so Fred (owner) came out to take a look to evaluate the problem. Fred quickly blames the product by saying it must have been a bad batch, but not to worry, I will DO WHATEVER it takes TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Biggest lie EVER! He returned to our home and lightly sprayed a cheaper sealer on top of the previous materials. When this created more problems, and we asked him to honor his word, he ghosts us. Then, when reaching out via their website, I received more of the same; empty promises and cheap unprofessional words including unfounded assumptions! After months of trying to get a resolution, Fred finally agrees to refund our money. Needless to say, more time has passed without any payment or contact from Fred! Oh, and do not pay attention to their advertised 100% satisfactory guarantee. The only thing 100% guaranteed is Fred fleeing with your money!

I could not expect a better value! They were awesome and they did more than one job for me - I will call them when I need them back, they are now my go to!
