Anthony came over and I asked if my problem was with the thermostat and he diagnosed my problem as a defective zone value. I hired another company to look at it and asked the same question whether it was a problem with the thermostat and he diagnosed it was the thermostat. I installed a new thermostat and the heat is back on.

A&A came out to give me a second opinion on a repair another company recommended I perform. They checked the unit found everything working fine just a pound low on coolant. They saved me about $600 I would highly recommend them .

On time, quick service, reasonable price.

I called to have my AC serviced this spring before turning it on and they discovered the coil had been leaking into our brand new furnace. We also learned the old unit was too large for the air returns in the home - ordered a new smaller one and they installed it the next day along with some new air returns in order to improve air flow. Of course it was just in time for a May blizzard but now that it s warm again, we are cool as cucumbers. The technicians Kyle and Hussein were friendly, knowledgeable and on time with text and phone notifications when they were en route (including the electrician). We were so happy with the quality of work, that we went with their service package.

Steve and Anthony did an amazing job. This Amana system is working like a champ. I'm glad I have these guys to rely on. I've been a UNIX System Administrator for 30 years and I'm glad I don't have to signal trace a schematic like I watched them do. They make it look easy. Anthony is very knowledgeable and Steve is still Mr. Magic. I would review them on Google+, but when I went there Google said the service was shutdown. I figured most folks would use HomeAdvisor rather than Yelp (what I posted my review to last time) so here ya go.

I would have them replace it again if I need it! I will call them again if I need the help.

Overall great experience but every quote I received were all fairly pricey; however, A&A had more competitive rates.

The service technician discovered an issue and made me aware of it. He was upfront about the severity of the issue and the cost to repair the issue. He did not pressure me to use the company to repair the issue.

It's been a month or so since the install; by far one or the best service experiences I have ever had. From the quote to the installation service was outstanding. The technicians worked long and hard well into the evening to have it done all in one day. I would recommend these guys over and over again.

John did the initial assessment and quote. He was knowledgeable and professional. Kyle and Hasseim did the installation. They were really great. They explained everything to me as well as worked with another vendor that needed access to the space to make some modifications for their work. Super polite and helpful. I'd highly recommend A&A!

Came to check out A/C system. Determined that the cost to repair exceeded the benefit based on the age of the system. The repairman was efficient and knowledgeable concerning repairing the existing system and alternatives for replacement. Did replace the system and the installers were on time, efficient and are pleased with the job they did. I would recommend this company.

Anthony was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable, and helpful. We recently moved into this house not knowing much about the existing system. Anthony serviced the A/C and furnace, made a small repair on the A/C and got everything working properly. Even better Anthony showed us how to run our system for optimum comfort and efficiency. Very happy with the service! Also, everyone we spoke to on the phone was terrific as well.

While I balked at the price (anything over a couple hundred is always too much :-D), there are several things that made it acceptable. I called for help yesterday morning. The technician, Anthony, came within the hour. The heating system is 20+ years old. He called Carrier. They shipped the part over night. It arrived by 7 a.m. Anthony would have been here sooner had I been awake and/or not had my ringer off. Still, he was on his way within the hour of my returning their call. It's now 11 a.m., and my house is a comfortable 70 degrees! I'm moving within the year, which is why I opted for repair vs. replace. But I'll leave their card for the new owner, and I have a second card for when I move to my new home (hopefully I won't need it anytime soon after move in!). I used to use another company. I didn't like their fee (they didn't call it a diagnostic fee). While A&A has one that is higher than the other company, the technician can deduct it from the final price, which Anthony did. He explained why companies now have a diagnostic fee. And his explanation makes perfect sense. People have them come in to figure out what's wrong, then send them away so they can order the part online and replace it themselves. I don't work that way. Anyway. A&A was awesome. I didn't have to wait a day or more for someone to come in initially. Had the system been newer, Anthony would not have had to order the part, and I would have had heat by 11 a.m. yesterday. Can't ask for better service than that! Call A&A. Ask for Anthony! He's great!!
