Just had my carpets cleaned by Al and I’m seriously impressed with the results already! His prices were very reasonable, everything was included upfront, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the service. He managed to get out or significantly lighten some stains that have probably been there for 30 years (and considering the carpet is older than I am, that’s saying something 😂). The carpets look and smell amazing. Highly recommend supporting this business!

Al, was prompt on time and communicated throughout the process. The day of he did fantastic work on carpeting that was more than 15 years old. His method was far superior to using wet shampoo on a carpet. I would definitely hire him again. Great job.!!!

Great Experience. I called to get a quote and spoke with Al the owner of the company and he was very courteous and his price was very reasonable compared to the 2 other companies I had also contacted. I set up the appointment and he showed up on time. The carpets look great and what I was amazed on how quickly the carpets were dry. Highly recommend. Will definitely will use again.

He didn't use water or proper equipment. I feel that I was taken for my money. He used 2 brush scrubber and I am so disgusted. I had to clean carpet myself after and the water was black. The gentleman was nice ,however, and I Zelled him $300 and cost was $299.99 and he appeared to expect a tip and I have no problem with tipping, if you felt deserved.

"Unfortunately, Melinda doesn't understand that our process ABSOLUTELY uses WATER, but because it comes out of our shampoo machine as a "QUICK DRY SHAMPOO", she's WRONGLY saying that we don't use WATER, or PROPER EQUIPMENT, when we use a 3 brush (not 2 brush) carpet cleaning machine, made by ELECTROLUX, the HIGHEST RATED CARPET CLEANING MACHINE out there, as rated by the "NATIONWIDE CONSUMER TESTING INSTITUTE, in all the consumer reports ! Just read all our 5 STAR REVIEWS, and you be the judge !"

I have recently moved and I have two cats. One of them was going through some health issues and so I needed carpet cleaning. It is a light-colored carpet, so I was very concerned about stains and lingering odors. Al came in and cleaned the carpet perfectly, no stains no odor! To top it off my cat loved him!

HORRIBLE CLEANED AWFUL , THE URINE WAS NOT GONE,ACTUAL STRONGER THAN BEFORE, I HAD TO THROW OUT 4 CARPETS, HE HAD THIS REALLY SMALL MACHINE AN SZ OF 8Y 11 PCE OF PAPER AND EVERYTHING WAS IN IT, CLEANING,SANITIZER, SCOTCH GUARD, WENT OVER ALL RUGS 2X BUT LIGHT THIS LIGHT WT MACHINE ONLY TOUCH THE SURFACE, LIKE WIPING A COUNTER OFF. A VERY POOR JOB NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO THROW OUT THE CARPETS, BUT BUY NEW ONES. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE CLEANING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN, THEN SAID ONLY PAY ME IN CASH OR ZELLE. IF HE COULD GET ODORS HE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO UPFRONT,AT THAT POINT I COULD HAVE MADE AN EXCUTIVE AND THREW THEM OUT IN THE BEGINNING. NOW IM A RETIRED SENIOR, AND HE SHOULD NOT BE PROMOTING HIS BUSINESS TO PEOPLE SENIOR OR NOT, WITH GRIFTING PEOPLE OUT OF THEM MONEY AND SAY PLS PAY ME IN CASH OR ZELLE. "This review by Brenda is REALLY WRONG ! I (AL the owner) told her UPFRONT that I COULD NOT GUARANTEE that I could get the ODORS & STAINS out thar had accumulated for years from her previous dogs, and her current 2 dogs, but, most likely the EXTREME URINE PROBLEM was down deep into her PADDING & FLOORING. Most people who have had dogs understand that, but unfortunately she doesn't. However, I did give her a DOUBLE STRONG TREATMENT of SANITIZING her GERMS & BACTERIA that were DEFINITELY in her carpets, and NEEDED TO BE TREATED ! I ALSO gave her FREE STAINGUARD PROTECTOR (a $150 VALUE) and, at the end, she asked me do 3 rugs that were not on her original order, and as a courtesy, I did all 3 of them for NO EXTRA CHARGE ! If she was SO UNHAPPY with me, then why give me $20 TIP ?? Finally, for being a 1st time customer, I gave her a $690 cleaning for $345, and she does not understand that my "little machine " is made by ELECTROLUX, and is the #1 rated carpet cleaning machine in the business, according to the " NATIONWIDE CONSUMER TESTING INSTITUTE " Despite ALL of her UNTRUE complaints, I even offered her a $100 REFUND, just to be nice, but, she wanted ALL of her money back, which after everything I've explained, would be COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE !! Almost ALL of my 241 reviews are 5 STARS, because I feel that our company does EXCELLENT WORK, and offers EXTREMELY LOW PRICES ! Sanitized carpets. Not only did they exceed my expectations on my 11yr old carpet, they also did a mattress, couch and area rug for a most reasonable price! I will be hiring them for quarterly cleanings going forward. Al also did a friends carpet and will be doing my parents apartment after they move out! Great service, great communication and stellar customer service.
The only negative is no credit cards accepted. Cash only or Zelle. Other than that, I would recommend 100%!

Hire Al right now, seriously. He is a wonderful very professional guy. My husband and I have hired him TWICE. He will always be my go-to for any carpet or furniture I need cleaned. The first time we hired Al was right after we bought our home. We had him clean all of our capets (and there is a ton of carpet in this house). I love that he includes the inside of closets at no extra charge - unlike many other companies. Our home went from smelling like the former owners to smelling fresh and clean. *chef's kiss* The second time we hired Al we had him clean a HUGE sectional couch that we had gotten second hand as well as a rocking chair that was my grandmother's. The chair is over 30 years old and after Al cleaned the chair it looks new! The cleaning of the huge couch was wonderful as well and it no longer smells like the previous owners. Perfect. I have already recommended Al's services to many other people, including my mother-in-law. A huge shoutout to Al, thank you again!
