There were no parts involved. There were 10 pounds of air conditioner gas which when I went online to see how much it costs it was $150 per pound. I was charged $ 189. Per pound. That was $1890. (HOW WOULD I KNOW THERE WERE 10 LBS INVOVED?) The total for the job was $2348. $550. For labor to fix 2 leaks in the system seems excessive. We are senior citizens and they saw us coming. When they left, there was a 15% off coupon in my email. Why was not the coupon given with the first email? To investigate what was wrong, we were charged $99. Most companies take that charge off if they do the job. Not AA Richard. This is probably because you charge $99. For the lead. I really cannot rate the work because I have not used the air conditioning since that day. I will never use your service again.

On time, Chris know his stuff. I had a problem in the afternoon I saw him that night.

He replied quickly and was here within a half hour. The air conditioner was fixed within the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are the most unprofessional technicians I have met. Their mechanical ability was far from professional. I watched them use a hammer and punch to remove the fan blade from the motor and destroy the fan and motor shaft. They charged me for a new one. And when I asked him for the old fan and motor he did not want to return them, I had to insist. I would not recommend them. PS. HOMEADVISOR should check on their professional a lot better.

I was very happy with Chris helping me install my bathtub. I was going to try to do it myself but I am glad I didnt. He came right away, got the work done, and it looks great! He also helped me last summer with my air conditioner. I was quoted by someone else that it would be hundreds of dollars worth of work, but Chris was honest and charged a fraction of the price to fix it. Definately go to these guys!

I needed a new furnace in my home and they installed next day. I also had 4 other quotes and they were the cheapest. Joe from A.A Richards lives in my development and he was friendly, got there fast, and did the installation in no time. Everything works great!

I was connected with this outfit by home advisor. He said he would come over shortly. It was nighttime. I was surprised. He got to my house at 9:15 pm. He was out by 9:35pm even though he put down 9:54. He said I needed a capacitor and a booster kit. For both parts I was charged $590.00. Then $129.00 for a diagnostic fee. My total bill was $719.00. For less than 30 minutes of work. This is total and complete price gouging. The two parts he charged me $590 for go for less that $20.00 together. He took advantage and I never said this was an emergency call. My husband called and he was very nasty to deal with. I will be taking him to small claims court.

After reading the reviews on your site and speaking with Chris (owner) I discovered he was a Volunteer firefighter as was I, in the same town, I decided to hire him. Total bill for replacing 2 capacitors $380.00. He said Im giving you a break since youre a fellow firefighter - The capacitors alone are normally over $400.00... After paying him and then checking online.. only to find each capacitor is about $8. I called him to confront him about the discrepancy he cursed and threatened me with physical harm. I understand buyer beware but just be careful who you deal with.
