Window A/C Unit Service or Relocation
I asked for an evaluation of a problem with a window unit A/C. They were pleasant and prompt, but they unnecessarily handled items in the area and did not clean up the dust and grit that fell out of the unit. Their price for the evaluation was reasonable. Their quoted price for some parts of the work was fair but one item was said to be several times the actual price. I chose to buy a new unit and install it myself.

Ducts & Vents - Clean
Aarow came out quite quickly after my order. I went for the complete duct cleaning. However, their duct cleaning machine kept breaking down (specifically the rotating brush), which did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling that my ducts were actually getting clean. It really didn't seem like they got into the darkest depths of your duct work (not sure any of the companies do). They did not vacuum up the bits that fell out of my ducts and onto my floor and furniture. And the disinfectant "fog" that cost $70 was a spray bottle around the vents! I felt like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.
