The man lacks integrity. Took my initial deposit; did not honor agreed start date; took more money the day work started(one of the few times he actually showed up because it involved money); left my basement floors, rugs and bookcases full of spackle, dust and debree; did not complete the job; wanted to come speak to me about wanting more money for work that as I now know, was never going to be done (I relayed a message to him that there would be no discussion of money until my house was cleaned up....therefore he never showed); left me with demo trash on the side of my home for a month; did not file for a building permit, not once, but three times; did not finish my kitchen which is only semi-operational right now; left me without water in my kitchen for 6 weeks until I took matters into my own hands to bring in my own plumber. He agreed to reimburse me with the money he owed me if he did not finish the job, or deduct it from what I would own him at the end. Several days later, he shut down his operation. In other words, he knew at the time of this discussion (which was relayed to me since he would not speak with me personally) that I was pulling more money out of my pocket, for something I had payed him for and there was no intention on his part to pay me back. The sad part aside from the damage he has caused a number of clients is that he will be back in business at some point of time...likely sooner than I would think.

This guy does not not even respond to my calls. It has been a month now,and this is unacceptable. They received the deposit and then disappeared.

Very timely and efficient

I was very pleased with the work done to the roof. First of all he was very pleasant and kind. The job was finished within the the time frame and I was certainly happy with the price. He will surely be my go to guy if any other issues occur.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would hire them again. The work was worth every penny, they werenâ t the cheapest option but they were definitely priced competitively. Would 100 % hire again if I need roofing or gutter services again. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Dunn Rite took $17,266 from me. They have very poor customer service. They take shortcuts. There is no communication. Very unprofessional.
