I hired Mark Soleimany (A.A. Wells Construction) about two weeks ago. Let me start with Mark is an excellent independent contractor. He is running a company that strives to fully satisfy. I hired Mark for my Floor sagging issues and needed to install two steel beams, four steel columns and dig a peer to install concrete. The beams were 21 and 16 footer. Each beam weighs upto 600 pounds. When the time came to install, Mark showed up with proper tools to lift those heavy beams, fix the saging floor issue, bolt and weld the steel beams/columns. The permit was issued for this work and the inspection was successfully completed by the inspector!!! Well, my BIGGEST issue was the BUDGET!! Obviously as other home owners, I had a very limited budget for this unexpected project. I had quotes from multiple companies and private contractors and trust me for a structural job like this the quotes were unbelievable. No way, I was able to effort this project without borrowing a money from a bank. I have been searching for the right contractor within my budget for past 5 months and came to know lot about this project by meeting different contractors. Mark was the only contractor that truly listened to me and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. Mark and his team members were always professional, patient, punctual/on time and courteous. When Mark came the first time to review the job onsite, I showed him one of the quotes (cheapest one) I had received and asked him if he could beat if by half. I wouldn't believe my eyes, when he took the quote out of my hands it ripped it in half and said YES!, I will. Not only the quote but he complete the whole project in timely fashion. Well, If I keep typing I will not have enough words to fill in this space, so I will close my case stating, The job was done exactly on time. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK S. to anyone. I spent 5 months searching for the right contractor and finally, I found one. Please at least get a quote and speak with Mark before settling with someone else for your home project needs.

I hired this company to come out and repair my retaining walls and front porch. They did an ok job on the retaining wall. The Front porch bottom step has been loose since they replaced the porch. I have contact Mark Soleimany many times about this and he always says he will come next week, or the next week to repair and never shows up. I have also asked Mark to send me a copy of warranty paperwork which he still has not done because he is "so swamped". In all honesty, I believe he overcharged us on the repair that he did. I will not use him again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

Mark was very professional and did a great job. I recommended them to my sister for her deck rebuild. He had to wade thru the permitting process in Mchenry which is laborious. He does good work. I will use again with my next project.

Flexible, and willing to work within my budget.

I hired this company to correct a sagging floor by installing new concrete footings and posts in the crawl space and slowly raising the floor. He began by trying to operate a gas-powered concrete saw in the crawl space, creating asphyxiating fumes throughout the house. Mercifully, the saw stopped working. He then set up a gas-powered generator outside the basement door and too close to the house. It scorched the siding and partially burned through a wall stud before anyone noticed. That happened 3 weeks ago. He left without attempting to cover the damaged area, which was left exposed by pulling on the siding.

AA Wells was the first contractor to respond and did a great job of keeping in touch as I vetted different proposals. The price was substantially lower than that of the two other contractors who provided estimates. I was glad to choose them. While the materials were a step down from what the more expensive firms were offering, I have a completely rebuilt deck that is beautiful, safe and fits my needs at a cost I could afford.

mark was very knowledgeable about the work i needed done on my porch, he was also polite and very helpful he went out of his way to get me the info and help i needed.

Communication was very good with what was going to happen and wgen something unexpected came up they were able to show me and alter the plans to make it better. They were on time everyday and i knew what was going to happen from them at every moment. Would recommend to everyone and will use again in the future.
