This is the first time I have used Home Adviser. I am glad I found this wonderful appliance repair shop. They did a perfect job, friendly, and did not try to add on to what I needed done.

Very thorough, did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. Liked the fact that they, based on my request, made it a point to call in advance of coming to my home. Lastly, although the job was expensive, I felt that considering everything that was accomplished it was more than fair.

I hired him because of the positive reviews on line. He didn't list the brand of appliance that I had in his bio, but he assured me he could fix it when I called him. He called the day of my appointment to confirm the time he was coming. He called again about 10 minutes before he arrived. He fixed exactly what he said he would. He tested my dryer a couple of times to make sure everything was correct. He then cleaned up the area. I am extremely satisfied, and I would definitely hire him again for any appliance repairs. I recommend him highly.

The reason I called and hired this company was because of the positive reviews that I saw online. They deserved everyone of them and I am extremely happy that I did hire them. Called when they said they would-repaired exactly what was wrong..also...told me about what I can do to keep my machine running to the top of the performance Matthew was courteous and respectful. I would hire again-but with any luck I wont need another repair on anything!

Serviceman was very knowledgeable and knew his appliances/brands. Thankfully, it was an easy/inexpensive fix -- a dryer sheet got sucked through the lint trap and was beating around the motor in the machine.

I sent in a request through Home Advisor on Saturday morning. Didn't hear back right away. I ended up calling them directly later. But they were able to come out that day to fix the circulation fan on my Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer that day. He was quick, thorough and I appreciated the Saturday hours without an extra charge.
