Very disappointing experience. I hired this company to fix a drainage alert on my Miele dishwasher. They charged over $300, but the exact same problem returned on the very next use. During the visit, the technician appeared unfamiliar with Miele appliances and even asked me how certain parts fit together. Later, office staff admitted they should have sent someone else because that technician ?doesn?t know Miele dishwashers.? The warranty follow-up was even worse. I was given a 10am?1pm service window, but nobody arrived. When I called, I was falsely told the technician had already come by. Security cameras confirmed nobody ever showed up, and the company later admitted this. They then promised another technician by 5pm but again, nobody came, and there was no call or update. After two wasted days and no accountability, I requested a refund but have to wait 2 days for a manager to maybe call. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Scheduled fridge repaired. Was cooling but only to around 40 deg. I provided the person on the phone all the information they requested sent make/model info and pictures. As advertised they did not charge me a service fee upfront. The tech arrived and ran some diagnostic codes on my fridge. Within about 5 minutes he informed me it was a problem that his company doesn't repair and doesn't staff qualified techs to repair and I'd have to call someone else. For a fridge not cooling, the only thing it's intended to do, this was surprising. He then charged me $204 for the service call, even though I did not decline the repair, they just didn't have the right people staffed for it. This service fee is also much higher than big brand repair shops. Had they been upfront they're not a full service repair shop I most likely wouldn't have rolled the dice knowing I'd be on the hook even if I didn't decline the repair.

Came and did the job as expected, the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable but left a huge (1/2 my size) box and part in my driveway instead of taking it or letting me know ahead of time I would have to dispose of it.

The repair technician was courteous and knowledgeable and immediately found the cause of the water leak in our refrigerator. Unfortunately he could not do the repair because the manufacturer had discontinued the necessary parts. He did an internet search and made a call to a supplier but no luck. Oh, well, not his fault at all. I will definitely call A Action Appliance Repair again if I needed another appliance repaired.

Very professional service provider. He was efficient and thoroughly explained the problem and what was involved in the fix. My only concern is the "standardized pricing" they use. This seems expensive for the work that needed to be done. However the job was completed without a problem.

The service person was great. He was on time and knowledgeable. The overall cost was higher than I expected but less than replacing my dryer.

A Action repaired my dryer and cleaned it out. The time window was a little long (2-6) but the Technician was great & services done efficiently!
