I presented Matt with what was probably the smallest roofing job ever. It was a wall shingle out of place in an awkward spot that I just couldn’t get to at the peak of the roof. He promptly and kindly answered my call, came right out at the expected time and was refreshingly honest about what was going on. It’s just not always something you get in a contractor and I very much appreciated it! Everything’s right back in its place again before any more damage could happen and couldn’t have been smoother. I’d happily refer him to anyone who needs a roofing job, big or small!

I first contacted Matt to patch my roof for insurance purposes. That job was handled quickly and when promised. When my insurance company required additional documentation, Matt provided it same day. When my insurance company demanded a new roof, Matt quoted a price, planned a time, and completed the work within a week (due to weather) The roof was done in one day!! His team is efficient, to say the least. At one point there were people shoveling snow off of my roof, someone pulling off shingles, and others moving materials around. After the work was completed, Matt and his team cleaned up their area to the point where the only way we knew they were there is the sign placed in the front yard. I highly recommend The Roofah. Professional, fast services, and amazing prices being just some of the reasons.

MandJ (Matt) replaced the roof on my very old barn, and after 12 years it looks like new and is holding up beautifully. Every roofing job looks great when it has just been completed, but Matt’s work has held up over time. I think this is the best testament to the quality of work he does. The price was not the cheapest but was lower than the average of all quotes I received for this job.

M&J is top notch when it comes to roofs. They’ve done multiple for me at different properties. Great quality and great communication. Highly recommend!

Prompt response to our request for help, didn't try to upsell us from a simple repair to an entire new roof (plenty of others did), good communication along the way for the job, fair price - no complaints!

Quick response, fair quote, fast and excellent service. We had 4 old skylights to be replaced and Matt was great and very responsive throughout the process - initial visit and quote, installation - which was completed very quickly (in a week start to finish!) and professionally. Excellent work!

Ignored directions. I have outside dogs that are not friendly. I told them to text me before arriving so I can put them inside and he didn't. Ignored driving directions. I have a split driveway and told him to stay to the right. Instead, they drove up on a dirt road I didn't want them to use. Rescheduled my job and didn't tell me until 5pm that night. I spent all day waiting, putting off my errands. I texted and was told the crew was coming that day. He wasted my entire day. Crew left before I could inspect the job and they did it wrong. Didn't install correctly. Didn't put the boot back on the end of the downspout, didn't put back leaf filters, and failed to properly secure downspout to the house.

I would recommended them for repairing the roof leaking around the chimney. Fast to get here and did a good job. Good clean up also.

Very responsive to my needs and even came back to address a water leak.

Was quoted one price and mid way through job, price went up about 50% because it was, ?more clean up than expected,? even though the roof was looked at prior. Obviously you budget for these projects so it was really hard for me at time. I could not say no or they would have left me without a roof. It was unethical at the very least.

I would recommend them to anyone. The technician came on time and was very courteous. He checked the leak and repaired it the same day.

They were great! Had them remove a skylight that was leaking and they fixed another minor leak in the front of my house. Chris and his crew did a great job, was done In about 2 hours. Definitely recommend.
