This was a project done long distance. The company representative was very helpful. That was Monday. The contract was faxed to me Monday afternoon. The termite treatment was done on Wednesday. Really good turn around and professional service.

Fast service

the person doin my inspection arrived on time and went through the inspection in a fast and orderly fashion. the price was great and was a flat rate not associated with the number of objects inspected. i couldn't be happier and will definately use them in the future.

We have invited A-Affordable to treat a 3-unit condo. The scope of the project was discussed several times over the phone, specifically we discussed treatment of each unit and the basement. The team of servicemen arrived at 6:40pm instead of 5pm and did not bother to call and let us know that they were running late. Moreover they thought that they had to treat only one unit of the condo. They told me that the quote was given only for one unit treatment and that the price for the condo should be higher. We had to cancel their service. Do not deal with their office, they will mess things up.
