We had some birds that were flirting with the idea of nesting in some of our exhaust vents. They came out and had all the vents checked and covered in one afternoon, with a year guarantee for their work. I ended up having to call them back ouy because there was one random vent that we both missed. Their guy came out the next day and took care of it. I will absolutely call them again if I have any additional critter issues.

As others have stated in their reviews - A All Animal Control may not come in with the lowest estimate, but the quality of their work and customer service was exceptional. We had issues with bats getting into the basement with enough regularity to cause concern. On a Friday evening, I put requests in for estimates through Home Advisor. AAAC called me back almost immediately - at 9pm on a Friday! After explaining the situation, I was impressed by the throughness of what Scott though was the problem and how he would approach. Very informative from the get go. When he came to do the estimate, Scott spent about an hour inspecting the house from top to bottom. Rather than just tell me what the problems were, he took extensive photos (including from areas I would not be able to access) of possible points of entry. He also sent me copies of those photos, which I also appreciated. When he came back for the job, Scott sealed all of those vulnerable spots and installed bat doors for a few months. This all occurred mid-spring, and we've had zero bat activity in the summer months, their peak time. Overall very satisfied with AAAC, and would highly recommend them. If their estimate comes in higher than others, know that you are paying more for exceptional work, and it is well worth it.

Scott was professional, thorough, and efficient in all work done to help remove a bird's nest in a vent 3 stories up. He also made sure to install equipment to all house vents to prevent any more birds from entering vents. A+ job

Both Scott and Erika were very knowledgeable. They were easy to get ahold of and get an appointment with.

Responded to my phone message within minutes. Appointment scheduled for next day. Arrived on schedule. Explained the bird removal process. Removed the birds, nest and cleaned and disinfected the vent. Replaced framing around vent, instaled louvered cover with cage. Also replaced another vent cover and checked the vent for birds or nest. Cleaned our dryer vent cover, too. Cleaned up all debris. Very courteous and professional. Very patient in answering all my questions. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend their services!

Three years ago hired another bat removal service. They did a terrible, terrible job and bats returned. A animal control, so far, did so much more for a lesser cost. I would recommend this company. They caulked all areas where bats would enter my house. Redid what the previous company did

I had multiple estimates done on the bat problem in my 100 year old chimney. Scott did not come in as the lowest estimate - I will be honest. I chose Scott and A All Animal Control because of his respect and knowledge for the bats as well as his well explained plan to safely remove them from my home. In addition to the bat removal, Scott also repointed and recapped my chimney so the bats would not return. The work was great! Glad that I chose A All Animal Control for my bat issue.

We selected A All Animal Control to remove a colony of bats from our residence. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they were very patient in defining the situation to us and the steps that would be required to resolve the issue. We did get bids from other organizations. Their quote was competitive, but not the lowest bid. That being said, their service was excellent and worth every penny. I have already referred them to my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Exceptional service! I had contacted two other companies and wasted a couple of weeks waiting for them to show up and take care of the bird nest problems in my vents and eaves. I wanted to get the problem resolved before the mamas laid more eggs and the babies started squawking again! Luckily, I found A All Animal Control online, submitted a Home Advisor request, and received a call within 5 minutes. Amazingly, Scott squeezed in my job the very same day! He is honest, knowledgeable, and meticulous about his work. He thoroughly checked my attic to ensure no birds had infiltrated or broken through the vent ducts. Then he removed the birds nests and installed screens and barriers to prevent access to the vents and eaves. He was great about explaining everything he was doing and educated me along the way. I'm glad the other two companies blew me off, because I'm convinced AAAC and Scott did a better job than they ever would have done!

We were impressed from start to finish! I completed an online form AND submitted the form over the weekend and received a call within 1 hour of submission!!! They were scheduled to complete the work 2 days later! In addition, we were kept informed along the way of Scott's arrival. Not only was his work thorough, he provided an honest assessment of the job including concern for the presence of bats. He stated the facts and indicated how the problem could be resolved BUT was not a pushy sales man! To top off this exceptional experience, we received a hand written thank you note! SERIOUSLY?! Now that is customer service at its finest! We would absolutely higher this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
