They cracked the water pump when putting it on my washer and it now leaks. I've called them several times to come back and fix it (it's been a couple of weeks) and they haven't come. They said they'll call me, but haven't.

They are slow to return calls and did not show up at the time promised. They ordered parts and did not call when the parts came in; I had to call them several times. Their van was broken when the parts came in, so scheduling a time was difficult. When a time was scheduled, he showed up early, so no one was home, then lied about the time. Now that the repair has been completed, the appliance is still not working.

I was able to get service on my refrigerator the same day! Had to wait for a part but it was shipped express so the refrigerator was repaired the very next day. Service man was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use this company for all appliance repairs in the future!!

I left a message at about 5:15 pm, knowing it would just go to message and I should get a reply the next day. My call was returnec at 8:30 the same evening. An appointment was made for the next day according to when I got home from work. Markus me me at home at 3:40. He was finished up with the repair and gone at 4:00. It's not that the repair was so easy, it's that he knew what it needed, had the part and was efficient in making the repair. Marcus showed me the faulty part, the heater in my freezer that keeps it from becoming frosted up. I give A+ a big thumbs up and 5 stars.

I called just after 5:00 pm and left a message. I was called back about 8:30 the same day. Made an appointment for between 3:30 and 5:00 the next day. Marcus was waiting for me when i got home at 3:40. I explained the problem and he told me the likely issue, the freezer heater. Marcus had it replaced and was on his way by 4:00. Service to return a late placed call on the same day, an appointment within 24 hrs and the tech showed up on time is unbelievable service. I was quoted a price which I thought was fair and the repair was made very quickly. All I need now is to have the repair work, which I expect it to. Great company to deal with.

I would prefer a more itemized bill rather than a single amount., ie. itemized by by parts, labor, svc charge, etc.

A+ was pretty quick to respond to my appointment request. Came out, did tests and found a fuse was broken. Went out to the truck and came back in and replaced fuse. Microwave worked for about 2 weeks. Then it died again. I called A+ to come back and repair again, since it was under their warranty period. They said they would order the part. Three weeks now - I called, left a message "where are you?". They left a message that they were still waiting for the fuse to be delivered. So much for their repair warranty!!! I've had to go an buy another microwave to replace the one they "repaired". Still waiting for them to come back to replace the faulty fuse they installed several weeks ago.
