The surveyor was very professional and friendly. He not only did his job, but also explained all the details and answered question in a very clear and professional manner. Customer service people were professional and friendly but seems note quite honest. I asked to measure only one border line. She told me that measuring all other line is necessary to measure this one. However the surveyor first measured had finally marked the line I asked about and then proceeded to others.
