Rebecca Brown was efficient and professional while she entered my childcare home to inspect for lead as we did our addition. We were required by the state to have the test done. We were told that it would be upwards of $350 for the test, but it only cost us $175 for the test. We were extremely happy about that as well that the test was non-messy and quick. She emailed us our results to send to the state for assurance that there was no lead, so that we remained in compliance with the law. Thanks Rebecca!

Rebecca is a very wonderful person to do business with. She did not do a rush job and explained everything in detail. While inspecting. She was not like a demolition crew. She was extremely careful to not destroy your home while inspecting for mold and very neat.

Handled the entire project from start to finish in a very professional, straightforward manner. Easy to work with, competent and clear about the requirements and standards needed for completion. Rebecca and Sam made this go well - Banks normally don't want to hear that environmental issues should be dealt within Foreclosed properties. Rebecca's clear and concise write-up and photos made it much easier to get authorization from the Asset Manager thousands of miles away!

Excellent service, very professional and helpful. Said it would take 3 days to complete job, but they completed it in 2 days. Did what they said would do, and also gave useful, helpful advice. Left everything clean and neat; except for missing drywall you would never know they had been there; everything infected by mold was removed from the premises and they disposed of it all. And this is just a personal preference, but I was glad the company was owned by a woman. The crew she used was great, experts at what they do.
