Guillermo and Joe are good people! They gave me a good competitive quote. They arrived on time, and were very polite and worked tirelessly for hours on cleaning and repairing the gutters for me. I would highly recommend them! They are the best!

These guys are awesome. They assembled my new platform bed w/ headboard, tv stand, and are coming back to do my dining room table because there were some shipping defects. They arrived early, and worked until the job was done.

Guillermo and his assistant worked diligently and tirelessly for about 15 hours to complete my project. They did an excellent job and also cleaned up and left my home in a beautiful condition.

Least expensive estimate, prompt, quick, cleaned very dirty tile floor VERY well. Could not be happier we chose ABM.

I hired Gill to clean and regrout my shower and he did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the job he did. He is trustworthy and very reliable. I definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Worked with AB Building Maintenance on painting the house and cleaning the carpet, windows and kitchen/bathrooms but the quality of service provided was very poor. They did not perform up to what they said they would do with cleaning the house, especially with the windows and kitchen/bathroom, which were not cleaned at all. As for the paint job, I ended up having to provide the plastic sheets and masking tape which was not included in the agreement and they had to re-do one third of the paint work on the last day. After 3 days of work, I decided to cancel the agreement and paid them for the paint job as well as for cleaning the carpet.

Not organized. Left gates opened. Too many trips to the bathroom. Did not remove hard water spots.

Work still in process but overall satisfied. I had them do a huge amount of different jobs, windows, tile, carpet, paint, renovation, electrical. Gil and his team do a great job. Still in process so can't comment on pricing yet.

AB Maintenance called me before I sign off this site. I was in a bind and I needed my carpets clean the very next morning. He was here on time the next morning and after he clean the carpets and my loveset very thoroughly, he left his fan for me to keep so my carpets and lovesset would be completely dry by the time my guests arrived that night. He was very sweet and kind and easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. I appreciated how quickly he responded to my emergency and the great job he did. Thank you very much Gil.

Gil called me back in a matter of minutes after the initial email was sent to servicemagic. I needed a service the next day and he was able to do it. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding.
