Did not come & finish work as promised had to call twice

Joel returned my call immediatey and made an appointment. He arrived on time with parts to repair my refrigerator and then also repaired my older washer and dryer. He clearly knew what he was doing, was very efficient and polite. I highly recommend him! His rate was far better than another national repair group I had inquired about.

Joel contacted us promptly and scheduled us on the same day. He showed up on time and had the part required for the job. He was extremely fast and efficient. I will definitely use his service for my appliances in the future.

Prompt and fast work on the repair

Joel was awesome! I called him late at night and even though he was booked solid he fit me in the next day. Brought the exact part I needed and had my washer up and running in about an hour. Resonable rates, thanks Joel!

Joel is very honest and did not mislead us at all. He knew exactly what the problem with our washing machine. He is very reasonable on price and very courteous and respectful. I will certainly be calling him for any future repairs.

He first told me he was to busy to come for couple days .... Then when he gets there oh I forgot to tell you to plug it in so i could see what it was doing. Then asked some questions told me it was the starter ..... nope it the compressor to old to fix.... That will be $85 my drive is worth something can't do it for free?????

ABC was very honest. My clothes washer is nearly 17 years old. He explained that it would cost about $250-$300 to fix my washer but other parts would likely be breaking soon due to its age.

ABC Appliance is the best repair experience I've ever had. Joel Callahan was professional, knowledgeable, very up front and honest. Scheduling the appointment was hassle free as was the repair. Joel explained the problem, got parts and returned quickly. The repair was efficient and effective! The belt was out of stock and he offered to come back when he could get a new one. When he told me both the belt and blower fan were going bad and offered to bring them back and charge me parts and no labor I was pleasantly surprised. Each time he came to our house he was polite and very friendly. What made it the best experience ever came from the kindness of Joel's heart. You must find out for yourself why ABC Appliance Repair Service is one of the best in Tulsa. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend. No one likes to have their life interrupted by appliances, but if you have to Joel Callahan is the one to call - professional, courteous, and honest. Joel was running late on the job before mine and called to let me know. He was courteous and let me know what was happening as he worked on my gas stovetop. When there was a snafu, he told me possible choices if it could not be fixed. He ended up being able to repair the stove with 2 trips to my house. This is the guy to call.
