Gas leaked on new driveway, slow to respond had to hire the driveway company to clean driveway. Carpets are old looked worse then before. Sloppy dress. Bad choice.

The actual furniture cleaned was quite dirty. It is clearly less dirty but some parts of cushions are still show dark and dirty areas. Honest, sincere person, he just didn't take necessary steps to protect our hardwood floor and is now has to be refinished because water and detergents used on furniture dripped on floors and stripped finish down to the actual hardwood. Thankfully, ABC Carpet is insured and submitted a claim. Insurance, hopefully, will cover all the costs related to this unfortunate accident.

"This furniture was uncleanablei started to walk away for it but no i tried it any how i should use tarps for the water that got on the wood floor this taught me a good lesson when something is uncleanable stay away from it cause in the long run you can't make the customer happy when a coach and love seat is that dirty learnt a valable lesson here."
