The team that serviced our fireplace were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. We received good information/feedback from the technician. The cleanup after the job was complete could have been better but that would not stop me from hiring this company again.

Cleaned out my dryer vent, showed me the lint they removed. I asked if they could make the vent a little less awkward to clean. They said yes, quoted me a price on the spot.

Joseph came, explained everything to me, took pictures of the chimney base which was rusting and was up front about what needs to be done. His price was reasonable. When they cleaned my chimney, they left no mess.

I had a difficult time scheduling the appt, and then they missed the original time they were supposed to come. The owner of the business is very knowledgeable about the vent cleaning business and they did a good job I assume, but there inability to make the original appt was very frustrating.
