I had a difficult time scheduling the appt, and then they missed the original time they were supposed to come. The owner of the business is very knowledgeable about the vent cleaning business and they did a good job I assume, but there inability to make the original appt was very frustrating.

They were very professional. They explained very clearly and did a great job inspecting and clean in ng the chimney.

They did both my dryer vent and my fireplace chimney. They actually caught 2 problems that could have been really bad. They were courteous, professional & friendly.

ABC Came out the same day I made the inquiry and Cleaned out the chimney, checked the chimney from the roof to see if there was a protective screen. They were courteous, friendly and above all, professional.

they completed the work on our two chimneys professionally and timely. Additional worked was priced way out of lined and not done.

Joe Taylor (ABC Chimney owner) and I worked together to define the scope of work. He provided an official proposal that I accepted. I was notified while traveling for business that the work was completed and payment was due. Against my better judgment, Joe convinced me that he guaranteed his work and that I needed to pay for the service prior to returning home to inspect the work. Unfortunately, upon inspection I found poor workmanship and incomplete items. I brought this to Joe's attention and he agreed that he would correct this. Since then he has refused to return the many messages I have sent him. Due to the poor quality of work, the unprofessional customer service, and the lack of honoring their warranty I would not recommend using this company.

My service was cleaning my dryer vent. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them .

Everything when well . I would use this company again when needed.

Nothing comes to mind. they did a good job, in and out in reasonable time and cost was what I expected when I hired them.

I paid for a chimney inspection, yet the "inspector" didn't even bother to climb a ladder and get on roof to "inspect" anything.

Arrived on time, cleaned and inspected the chimney and cleaned up after themselves.

ABC Chimney took at a look at the work that I needed done. They were not concerned about what my needs were and they did what they thought was needed. I feel unsafe to use my chimney like I wanted and the value of the service was over charged.

Very nice, called before they came (like they said they would), worked with our time schedule too.

They left my work unfinished during the middle of the job. My metal chimney cap fell off after they left. My neighbors came and gave me my chimney cap which is was very dented after it hit the ground, and it could have hit someone and really hurt them.

They were very good.
