Bad service, bad professionalism, nothing they said occurred when they said it would occur or how it would occur, blamed me for not telling them it was sofa bed and they were standing there right in front of it, initially tried to get me to pay to repair the sofa bed which I didn't ask them to repair, return of the finished sofa was 3 days later than scheduled by them AND WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR LEATHER THAN THE ORIGINAL APPROVED SWATCH! THEN SHE BLAMED ME FOR ORDERING IT FROM A DIFFERENT MANUFACTUER AND SHE ORDERED IT. SHE REFUSED TO BRING OVER THE APPROVED SWATCH TO SHOW THE DIFFERENCE IN COLOR AFTER SHE SAID SHE WOULD BRING IT OVER IN 30 MINUTES. NOW SHE WANT TAKE OR RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS. CALL HER PARTNER AND HE ALTERNATELY TOOK BLAME AND SHARED BLAME TO HER AND ME! HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD GET HER TO CONTACT ME BUT TO NO AVAIL! WILL CONTACT CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET ALL MONEY BACK!

Furniture Repair
The technician was handicapped, had to sit all the time and had issues walking. He was unable to repair the cabinet I hired him to repair; however, he did not charge me for the service call. Very nice and polite people; just needs to retire I feel.
