Excellent service from ABC. Very professional and they showed up on time and got the AC up and running in no time. Wish the price was a bit lower, but it's worth the great service received.

Mike was able to come out same day to assess my AC problem. Needed to install new unit. Completed the job. I did need to call him back to the house -I had water on the floor. Some caps were not installed by his young assistant. Mike returned quickly and corrected the problem.

They are no-nonsense professionals who showed up on time and went straight to work re-charging and cleaning our AC units. They were timely, knowledgeable, methodical, and charged reasonable fees.

Mike never returns our calls. Left our new unit he put in unfinished for over a year never came back to fix the problem always had excuses. Had to hire another company to fix it right.
Response by ABC Heating and Cooling: This customer contracted us to replace his heat pump system which we did and completed the job almost 2 years ago in which he never paid the remaining balance of $350.00. In the beginning of this summer we were called with issues regarding the system we installed, when we arrived we determined the low voltage wiring in the home was faulty and not part of our install the customer was given a price to fix the problem along with the balance owed to us for almost 2 years then he got extremely insulting and threatening so we immediately left we received several calls from both Lou and his wife and made it very clear this was not a warranty issue
