The finance had 4 flames out and since I had to take my mother to the doctor. I was hoping that I would see if the person fixed it. I did not find out that the 4 burners were still out. I did not call , because. While I was at the doctors this company wanted me to get a maintenance plans and needed for me to complete the form. I did not!!! They told me $75 for coming out. That was given to the guy in check form. The manager told me that would be for them coming out. I was so upset and still is., I dont have that kind of money to give away to companies Who in their minds that women are dumb or not educated enough to know anything about certain things. Now mind you the person that came was very polite and said he owned a company for over 30 years or more and decided that he wanted to work in the field. I do not believe this and all he did was check the thermostat and said it was fine and at first he said the front row was not suppose to come or no**­. All these years 8. Burners always came on. This is the Best furnace that I ever hsd. It is a TRANE!!!!! I looked up the problem and found out what it was It was simple and I got sick and felt that I got scam!!! By ABC . Im not going to say what I needed. I going to see how many other scammers who are robbing people. Mind you, the Man was a perfect gentlemen, spoke like he knew about furnaces. He cleaned one burner and said it should work. It did not come on before or after he left people do not be impress by the things they say when talking. Wait until the problem is fixed. This Company employee came in tested and he wanted me to go up stairs to turn the furnace on by using the thermostat. Well he use something to turn it on when he first came on.. I left his present one time. The 8 flames never came on.ð ¤­ð ¤­ð © No more ABC Cooling and Heating I gave the worker a Check for $75 I should have waited until I got home to see if it was working. GOD said do not trust man!!! What if someone had did this to his wife, mother, or daughter. This is a EVIL World !!! People please be careful of who you let in your house and space. All that is happening now is in the Bible!!!!! The Last days. The whole country is in trouble., from the Top, Middle and the Bottom. Evil, Crimes, Organized Crimes, Greed and Control. Servicemen were friendly, they arrived on time and did a good job with the repairs. Air-conditioning unit is working fine with no issues.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs and just like that we now have cold air in the house again.

They were the only company that would come to my aid during recent hot spell.

ABC H&C showed up the next day after calling for service. They diagnosed the problem and had the unit repaired quickly. I initially called a random guy from Craigslist, big mistake, don’t do that. He left my unit in disrepair and ABC got my unit straight! ABC H&C are my new “ go to” company!

Did not tape any seams of the new install. The unit does not seem to blow as hard as the previous 22-year-old unit it replaced. Had a scheduled meeting with them after the install and they were a no call, no show.

They reflected his experience and knowledge of his field. He was punctual and articulate.

I called ABC Heating and Cooling when I found my air conditioner leaking out the bottom. since my unit was getting old I opted to have it replaced. ABC beat other prices by almost 50% and were ab!e to get my new system installed within 4 days. I am extremely pleased with how knowledgeable and how responsive everyone was, whether I called Mike with questions or was talking with his technicians.
