Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
It is with great reluctance that we write this review.
We hired Chase Retaining Walls & Concrete based on a recommendation, but our experience was extremely disappointing. After the project was completed in Aug./Sept. 2023, we repeatedly tried to address concerns about the workmanship and were largely ignored. The owner claimed he emailed us, but never provided proof despite multiple requests. At one point, we were told we could pay to have issues corrected, then later told the concrete could not be fixed.
We also experienced unprofessional behavior at our home, including frequent profanity and arguing in front of our children.
The workmanship itself was poor: unwanted black edging that faded quickly, concrete left on our siding, unfilled gaps that led to vermin and flies, and concrete that is heavily chipped and pitted compared to neighboring homes. Overall, the project feels rushed, unfinished, and far below expectations.
