John King is a crook, I would not recommend him for anything. He over charged me, did not complete the work and still has parts for me to find another person to complete the job.

John is very professional. A job was well done.

John is amazing! It is rare that you can find a perfectionist that works quickly, but John obviously knows his stuff! He diagnosed and fixed a leaky skylight, rehung three bi-fold doors, repaired two lazy-susans and some cabinet doors in the kitchen, re-installed some molding and did a patch job that is invisible.- and it only took 6 hours! Everything was done perfectly, and now I'm looking around the house to see if anything else needs to be fixed. I will definitely hire John again, and I'd recommend him very highly to anyone else. I'd give John six stars if the site would let me!

I hired John to install a ceiling fan, replace light fixtures in the kitchen and in the Powder room and replace the sink and faucet in the kitchen. I am so happy with the work he has done. There's no one more professional. John came by, did an assessment and gave me a quote. John did not leave until all work was done and all was done by the time he quoted. I have a few other things to be done and I will certainly ask John to do the work.

Some of my observations concerning John: --Performs consistent according to plans --Concern for "best practice" --Pays attention to detail --Accommodating and easy to work with The first project involved replacement/repair of damaged weight bearing structural support components. He developed a plan, reviewed it with township staff for approval, and executed what he had documented. Also, he removed and successfully replaced interior and exterior surface materials in order to gain access to the items in need of repair. The second project was to rebuild most of a tile shower stall and correct other items that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor. Other full time tile professionals had told me that they could not exactly duplicate the dimensions of my shower opening, so I would have to replace my expensive frameless door. However, John was spot on and was able to re-use my existing door. Both of these were major jobs that involved significant planning and an extensive amount of construction. I am still very happy with the results. John has also recently serviced three toilets and replaced a broken drain assembly / pipe under my kitchen sink.

I have hired John for quite a few categories of projects over the years. Besides plumbing, he has painted, hung doors, fished electrical wires, researched/fixed leaks, helped move furniture, and so much more over many years. He does a great job at reasonable rates. But above all else, he is honest. If there is anyone who cares more about doing a job and getting it right, it is John.

Goes above and beyond " fixing". John does wonderful work and has the expert knowledge to make things better than new. Fair pricing, trustworthy and neat. I can't say enough other than he is a life saver when it comes to maintenance.

John was exactly what we needed. He fixed a small problem and then we gave him bigger jobs. We haven't seen the results because we're out-of-town landlords, but we feel like we can trust John in this situation. We plan to depend on him in the future!

John was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. His work was quick and very thorough and tidy. I would recommend him to anyone and have already found at least one other project I want him to tackle for me.
