Their communication was horrible. Didn't meet their commitment on time frame. Measured our pool wrong. The left my pool in an unusable condition and walked away from the project.

Got prompt response when I texted from home advisor app. Got appointment on the same day and one guy did all the pool closing. He took probably 2 hrs but did a good job. I will not hesitate to rehire.

I met with ABC to service my pool. They strung me along and never sent me an estimate. I sent multiple requests for an estimate after meeting with them. I would have just appreciated feedback, even if they did not want to provide service.

I had them come in and drain my above ground pool. There was still about 6" in the bottom of the pool, but overall the majority of the swamp was drained! Quick response and quick completion.
