I scheduled a date and time for repair of a washer. The company did not show up during this time. I received a phone call with a message stating that they were sorry. I returned the call and not hear back from them. I would not recommend any contact with this company.

It took him 4 days to find the right part. We lived in the freezing cold wheather in our house using space heaters till he found the correct part. It was so pricey. But it worked

He did not have a mechanical problem, the problem originated from the previous home owner installing the two boilers incorrectly. I explained and showed him the problem and he was thrilled.
