They installed my floor A portion of the flooring came up. I tried contactingt hem and we played phone tag. I attempted to contact them 4-5 more times and no one answesr and no one has called me back. its been over a week.

"As our 50 plus other reviews indicate we go out of our way to keep all of our customers happy by being prompt and doing the job right the first time. The above review is incredibly inaccurate. The above customer called a couple of days before Christmas because his grandson noticed a 2 x 3-inch loose piece of trim "not flooring" like the review indicates, this 2" piece of cosmetic trim was repaired immediately after Christmas. The review fails to mention that this was resolved immediately after Christmas. I submitted both photos and video to Home Advisor. Yet review makes it appear as if the problem was never corrected, let alone mention that the customer called on Christmas. I apologize for being closed on Christmas and spending time with my family on the holiest time of the year. It's upsetting to me because I work 7 days a week, answer my phone almost 24 hours a day, and work almost every other holiday. I guess Home Advisor and the customer above don't celebrate Christmas. P.S: When the customer called before I closed for Christmas his exact words were "it's no big deal, take care of it when you get a chance", had I known I would be slandered and my reputation be attacked because of this, I would have canceled Christmas."

After submitting my inquiry for laminate installation, I was promptly contacted and offered to start the job as soon as two days. The price was fair, comparable to other retailers and the job was complete in less than a day's work. All mess was cleaned up and was very pleased with the friendly customer service and promptness of calls/texts. All around excellent experience.

Tim installed my luxury laminate floors and they look beautiful! He had to work around strange corners and with an uneven floor. He worked around every obstacle and made the floors look incredible. He took his time around the strange corners and made sure it came out right. He also guarantees his work and lets you know that if something needs to be fixed he will make it right. So far though, I have nothing to fix. Everything came out above expectations given the difficult circumstances. He even brought felt strips to place under all my furniture to make sure my new floor does not get damaged. Really great service and for a great price. I really do recommend him and I never recommend anyone.

Our beautiful engineered hardwood floor (originally installed by someone else) was starting to buckle up and was in danger of actually splitting. I called and left my contact info with Tim. He got back to me within the hour and came by later that day to look over the problem. I got a clear assessment of what it would take to fix the problem and an estimate. Tim and his team came out the next day and took care of the problem beautifully. Didn't need to replace any of the wood, just needed to give the boards a small space at the wall (hidden by molding), so the boards could expand slightly without bowing up. The fix was done that day; floor looks beautiful again; no squeaking boards, no bowing up. We plan to call AB Flooring again to do a floor installation on master bedroom. These guys gave a good explanation of the work, plus some useful recommendations for maintenance. I strongly recommend them!

They removed the laminate floor in my kitchen and adjacent dining area. Because they had to hand remove everything down to the cement floor, dust filled the air covering everything. They failed to place plastic covering over all. They should have hung a heavy drop cloth.

The company called within 30-minutes of requesting a quote, made the appointment for 11:00 a.m. and showed up at 11:00 a.m. The work was outstanding and took great care in making certain that the floor was properly prepped, made great use of the materials with little to no waste and an outstanding job. They took as much pride in this very small job of installing wood flooring in 2 closets as if they were installing 1000 square feet. I highly recommend Tim and his crew! Thank you guys we are very, very happy!

My experience with AB Floors was absolutely phenomenal!!! Their price for the work not only beat three other estimates, but they did MORE work than any of the other contractors , more work for less money, when do you see that??? They also called when they said they would call, showed up when they said they would show up. It was a 2 day project, AB floors cleaned up even after the first day, you wouldn't even know they were there. When they finished, all my furniture was back, they even put felt pads on all my chair and table legs, hitches etc. I could go on and on and tell you more great things about this company but I would run out of space I'm this review. I am a very demanding and exacting customer, I promise, you will be satisfied beyond ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS !!!! Call Tim at AB Floors and hire him, you'll be so, so glad you did !!!!
