I worked with Bill. It was great to discuss the project with the technician that would do the work VS office people. The project was complicated buy security bars on windows but Bill figured it out. He provided a quote the same day and price was good. He had to order safety glass but his install schedule was met and the work was excellent. He is the real deal.

Bill came promptly and performed a small project on old windows that other glaziers would have refused or recommend changing the whole window. It was the best I could have expected.

I contacted numerous companies and they could not do the work! We had an outer pane of a custom window broken. A & B replaced our custom window with no problem.

Joseph was very attentive to my needs and demonstrated excellent customer service. He responded to my request for job bids within minutes of when I submitted it. Came out to my home a few days later on a holiday no less! Then completed the job on a weekend (at my request) less than one week later! And his prices are extremely affordable. I really appreciate being connected with this contractor.

Bill came out quickly to measure defective glass in obsolete Hurd windows. Price was right, ordered new glass, and installed as soon as it arrived. Obviously experienced as he knew how to remove and dismantle complex frames . He and Nate did a great job, both professional, punctual, and personable.

Bill was very responsive when I asked for a quote on HomeAdvisor. He showed up the same day, gave me a fair price and told me when . the install would most likely happen depending on the construction of new window. Sure enough Bill called and sent Nate to remove the broken window and replace it. Work was done professionally, quickly and without problems.
