ABJ Upholstery Unlimited

The job was done very well. Unfortunately, the woman who picks up and drops off the furniture kept me waiting over an hour and did not text me until I had to call her on both ends. On the pick up she was a half hour late and on the drop off she was over an hour late.

Project is complete

Cushions and springs on a matching set of well-loved arm chairs were re-stuffed, refreshed and tightened. The work was excellent and I expect the chairs will be with us another 20 years. Many thanks for an excellent and beautiful job!

Jennifer was very responsive from the beginning and ensured that she had the correct information. They did an excellent job on reupholstering the chairs.. I would definitely use them again.

I like how this company works. They did a very good job. I can advise you to hire them if you need a renovation of your furniture.

Communicating with the representative was difficult. The item was not completed when originally scheduled. He stated schedules and discounts that were not met. However, the people that do the work seem honest and really help me decide what I needed. The work is wonderful. So -- a mixed bag.

ABJ gave an excellent price for the work, and the work was completed as scheduled. The representative was very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

job was done in a timely manner. Final project turned out great.

ABJ responded quickly to my request, quoted a very fair price, and arrived with many fabrics from which to choose. They were knowldegeable and offered guidance about changing the look of my somewhat formal furniture. They reupholstered four pieces in a very short timeframe. My furnitture is beautiful; I would most certainly recommend ABJ.

They were nice, courteous, and reasonable. They were willing to please. I am very pleased!!

They were curtious, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price was fantastic and I will use them again in the future.

He did great work at very fair price. The only problem was follow-up. Item was promised "before the holidays"; no contact so I called on 22 DEC. Delivery promised for the next day at 3p. Didn't arrive until 8P. But the chair looks like new and the price was 1/2 of previous estimates. I'd use him again, but call for progress reports along the way.

ABJ responded promptly, they provided a terrific and extensive set of options for us to choose from, and did a fabulous job for us on an unusual piece that is a family heirloom. Couldn't ask for more!

good work, fair price

ABJ responded promptly to my RFQ. They came to the house with numerous cloth and leather samples, my selections of which were decided on the spot. They hit their estimated completion date right on the nose. They were very pleasant to deal with, and I feel that the re-upholstered pieces were completed with a high level of quality. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Getting my product was slower than promised due to a breakdown with their equipment.

They came quickly, brought with them upholstery samples which worked, gave a great price, and are doing the work in the quick timeframe (less than a week) I requested.

I will be using them in the future. Good value/ excellent workmanship.

I am most pleased. Mrs Elaine Charapp

did a great job on my chaise lounge....reupolstered in less then a week with the fabric of my choice...picked up and delivered no problem....nice family also

Excellent work at a very fair price. Thank you.

ABJ finished the work and it was well done but the customer service was horrible. when I first made the appointment to come give me a quote on how much the project would cost, he was more than an hour late. It took 4 appointments before he returned the cushion which was both frustrating and inconvenient. An apology or some other recognition of their mistake would have gone a long way but no one from the company really acknowledged their mistakes or took responsibility.

They were very customer oriented, curteous and the turn-around time was FAST. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service, and their costs were lower I highly recommend them.

They were prompt, professional and qualified.

They did an excellent job on my sofa when they fixed a small damage on one of the cushion by manually sewing it together. The fix looks new. Anyone who consider to hire them, hire them!
