Cushions and springs on a matching set of well-loved arm chairs were re-stuffed, refreshed and tightened. The work was excellent and I expect the chairs will be with us another 20 years. Many thanks for an excellent and beautiful job!

Communicating with the representative was difficult. The item was not completed when originally scheduled. He stated schedules and discounts that were not met. However, the people that do the work seem honest and really help me decide what I needed. The work is wonderful. So -- a mixed bag.

ABJ responded quickly to my request, quoted a very fair price, and arrived with many fabrics from which to choose. They were knowldegeable and offered guidance about changing the look of my somewhat formal furniture. They reupholstered four pieces in a very short timeframe. My furnitture is beautiful; I would most certainly recommend ABJ.

He did great work at very fair price. The only problem was follow-up. Item was promised "before the holidays"; no contact so I called on 22 DEC. Delivery promised for the next day at 3p. Didn't arrive until 8P. But the chair looks like new and the price was 1/2 of previous estimates. I'd use him again, but call for progress reports along the way.

ABJ responded promptly to my RFQ. They came to the house with numerous cloth and leather samples, my selections of which were decided on the spot. They hit their estimated completion date right on the nose. They were very pleasant to deal with, and I feel that the re-upholstered pieces were completed with a high level of quality. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Getting my product was slower than promised due to a breakdown with their equipment.

They came quickly, brought with them upholstery samples which worked, gave a great price, and are doing the work in the quick timeframe (less than a week) I requested.

I will be using them in the future. Good value/ excellent workmanship.

ABJ finished the work and it was well done but the customer service was horrible. when I first made the appointment to come give me a quote on how much the project would cost, he was more than an hour late. It took 4 appointments before he returned the cushion which was both frustrating and inconvenient. An apology or some other recognition of their mistake would have gone a long way but no one from the company really acknowledged their mistakes or took responsibility.

They were very customer oriented, curteous and the turn-around time was FAST. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service, and their costs were lower I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job on my sofa when they fixed a small damage on one of the cushion by manually sewing it together. The fix looks new. Anyone who consider to hire them, hire them!

ABJ did 2 of my chairs when originally I only needed one done. They offered me a good deal to do the 2 not just the one, so I did and am I glad I did. The chairs are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. One is a modern chair and the other is a 1950's antique. I highly reccomend ABJ Upholster. They are FABULOUS!!!!

I used this company to reupholster six kitchen chairs. They came to my home with fabric samples and then took the chairs with them. I did feel a bit rushed to select a fabric on the spot, but they were polite and helpful. The turnaround time was very fast, and I got a phone call as soon as the project was complete. They brought the chairs back to me and set them around my table. Excellent workmanship, very good price and professional service. I was very pleased.
