If you are considering hiring this company warning; check reviews before hiring. Miguel was hired to install astroturf in a back yard. Miguel wants a deposit up front that is nonrefundable and the balance due at the start of job that is not guaranteed to be completed. He doesn't not communicate with his clients and does not follow through. He is not a man of his word. He left my girl friend's job incomplete and has yet to contact her and she had to hire another company to complete what he started and never finished which cost her another $2500.00. Basically this guy is a crook.

The owner Miguel is the owner of AB Landscape and Sod and is the worst company you can go with. He was hired to do a turn job for me, and he was paid in full a LOT of MONEY (which I never do and will never do again) and he never finished the job. I had to hire another company to complete my job, and he refused to give any of my money back since I had to pay another company to finish what he wouldn't. He never showed up like he said he would and would never return my phone calls. Not reliable at all and does not communicate with his clients. Do NOT hire him. He also refuses to clean up the piles of sand, rock and concrete he left in my yard. Totally unacceptable.

The proposal of $3,27.27 was agreed to but the end result for this landscaping project was incomplete. The wrong plants were delivered then he argued about the plants. He promptly did a mobile deposit with the final payment in full and left the job incomplete. He scammed a senior citizen.

Very poor preparation of the yard for the sod installation which resulted in weeds throughout the yard . We hired them to spray the yard for weed control and fertilization and he only came a few times and missed countless appointments to discuss the poor results of the grass. The only time he will show up is to collect his check and then he will disappear If you are considering using his company in the Melbourne Beach area do yourself a favor and come by and see for yourself what a mess he left He will blame the homeowner for the poor looking grass yet I followed every suggestion he made

I have had my own business for 45 years and have never posted a negative review. I value customers and feedback. I am forced to provide details of an expensive sod purchase that has gone badly. A&B Landscaping arrived promptly, explained why we required much more sod than we expected. We paid $4103.00 for patch work on our yard using 18 pallets. They installed sod and advised me to water 3 times a day and not to mow for 2 months. We followed instructions. After 30 days we contacted them to advise of dead sod issues. We were told to wait 90 days to allow for the sod to take. Time has passed and now we have many dead areas in our yard. We were advised that we cut it too short when we left it uncut for 2 months. See attached photos for examples of their work. It's a shame that vendors don't guarantee their work. Their offer to us is to replace the sod sections at our expense. We were told that his employees cannot work for free.

Sod was installed quickly, dressed up my shed by putting seashell rocks and border around it. Sod looks great and is filling in nicely.

I needed sod replaced in my yard and requested on home advisor a search for help. I received three landscapers and i requested a bid for the job. I selected A&B. Their price foe sod replacement was competitive and the promptly came out for a measurement and assessed my yard. The installation was done as required and i’m a satisfied customer.
