The appliance repair company was able to schedule a visit the day after I called. Serviceman arrived within the window of time designated. He was friendly, courteous and neat.

Multiple attempts to have ice maker fixed. Bad follow up service and ice maker issue still unresolved.

ABL Appliance services is extremely unprofessional. The repair person came to diagnose the problem with the washer we had. He had a horrible attitude. He did his job as far as diagnosing the problem. Then he disappeared on the day he said he'd come to repair the washer. There was a need to follow up with the company why the person didn't show, to find out the item he ordered didn't arrive. Then 2 days later we had to follow up again. The item had arrived but no one called to let us know the repair person was going to come to place it. He then promised to show up, but did not. The following day he sent his brother, who did the job, but also had a horrible attitude. He made so much noise as he was taking the parts off to replace a piece. He was not polite during our interaction. There were no apologies made for delaying the anticipated repair for 3 days- unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

There was a lot of confusion scheduling the appointment but when the tech finally showed up a day late he was quick & efficient. The price was more than quoted but the work got done.

Came out the same day as I called. Technician was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repair. I would definitely call these folks again

There was a bit of confusion between the appointment we scheduled and the dispatcher. They did get it straight though. The tech was excellent and solved our problem in 1 visit. We were delighted he had the part we needed on his truck. This was a positive experience.

They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty.

He diagnosed the problem very quickly and immediately told us to call the manufacturer because it was an item still covered under warranty.

He solved the problem on the phone with my refrigerator in a timely way ---I appreciate the integrity and help---so I'm planning to have him f/u and do a regular maintenance check on my refrigerator as a result. I really appreciated it!

They showed up on time, identified and fixed the problem in about an hour and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I rate them in middle because no work was done. The tech looked at the fridge and determined it should be fixed under warranty without any diagnostics to determine what's wrong. He just presented the bill almost immediately and that was it (no value for the money). If you have a fairly new appliance then call and see if you are covered under the warranty first.

Technician was very thorough and explained in detail what he had to do to fix the problem with my dryer. We did have to wait for a part to be ordered, but it wasn't too long. I'd definitely use them again.

I called at about noon for an appointment. They said appointment would be Monday or Tuesday. They called back about an hour later and said someone could be there by 3pm. I accepted. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. I paid the bill and he left. Over all it was a professional experience and the appliance is working within established parameters. I would hire them again.

Straight forward problem diagnosis and recommendation. Appreciate the honesty.

I could have bought the exact part online for $55, they charged me $250. Pretty expensive for 40 minutes.
