Dont hire this person. He came to my house and was 1 1/2 late; he said he would install a saddle and change his mind; he did not put the subfloor down for my closet, the floor does not feel leveled, he did not complete the rest of the flooring by my radiator, by the door and on the edges of the floor. He bought the wrong wood putty color-he bought walnut instead of cherry for the cherry vinyl floor. When I asked him to put the flooring on the sides of the floor, he told me he would not do it. I paid him 1/2 of the money upfront as requested-but when he told me he wouldn't finish the work I asked him to complete, I told him I will give him $125 now--I didn't even get a chance to tell him when you finish the work you will get the rest of the money, he said he was going to rip up my floor-he tried to, he said he was going to come back to hurt me, he called me derogatory names, he was cursing in my building hallway, and punched my window. This guy is young, about 23 years old; hes hot-tempered and will do things the way he wants to do it. He called me a broke ho because of my race. I tried to work things out with him, but he ruined it.

Great Price is not worth the lack of commination and disappointing professionalism.
