I paid this company $950 upfront for repairs and service in Texas and now I have not heard from the technician or the company for over 2 weeks. I cannot recommend this company because of this.

Joe from ABNation was courteous, and took a lot of initiative to help get our pool heater fixed as soon as possible. He installed a new board, heat sensor and thermal regulator until it got fixed. I encourage ABNation to stock parts for Pentair heaters on their trucks so they don’t have to make multiple visits to complete a repair. But despite this limitation Joe did great with what he was given to work with. I just called on him again!

Justin came out and replaced my pool pump motor. He was quick and thorough. I would use them again. He also kept in contact with me., to let me know when he was coming by, what was wrong and when fixed.

Danny was knowledgeable and professional.

I called yesterday and had an appointment today for a leaky valve. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend this company. I was overly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge. Our technician went above and beyond. Will certainly use them in the future.

Ron is always dependable and does a great job when our pool equipment acts up. He just replaced the board on my salt chlorinator. He communicates well, is knowledgeable and always gets the job done.

My pool pump had air leaking inyo pump. Mike the technician arrived on time diagnosed the problem and completely rebuilt the valves which were the source of the leak. ABnation is a subcontractor of Old Republic, my home warranty insurance in Gainesville, Florida. I have been very pleased with their service.

I was referred to them via my home warranty company, AHS. I had a small pinhole leak in the pipe going into my pool heater. Pat came out and assessed the problem. He said he could repair it and the approval should not be an issue. He ended up replacing the manifold. He texted and said everything was working. We came from out of town to find the heater had zero power. I texted Pat about the issue. He than told me that he had to upgrade the manifold and we will have to upgrade the motherboard, display, etc. so it will be compatible with the upgraded manifold he installed (without our approval). Now he wont return any phone calls or texts. We are now going on 2 months without a heater. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!
