They always showed up on time. Workers were gracious and clean. There was no slacking. Erick and/or Dana came by daily to check on progress or bring materials needed. Dana was a gem in helping with selections. The job was completed in no time. The workers cleaned their mess up every day. They were respectful of my property. I have new projects in the fall and I will be contacting them for those projects.

The workers in this company are very low-grade. They do not know what a good job looks like. I kept telling them where they missed the spots and it took 2 or 3 times to get it fixed. The doors were not even. These guys had no idea what a good job looked like. The owner was very pushy and rude. He tried to blame everybody else for the failure of his crews. They took my kitchen table apart to store it while they were painting. They finished two weeks ago.l The table has already come apart so I have to have someone else come fix it. I would not recommend this company for any work.

"Beverly, I am sorry you fill this way. The job took a little longer as we would only work on the day you were home. Also, We hand-made your doors just like you wanted then came to paint and install them. Our guys fixed every little thing you wanted to be fixed. Your kitchen looks amazing we have a before and after pic of everything. You even said it looked good the last day we stayed late to finish everything. We even added a board where your dishwasher could be screwed in because your cabinet person did not put the backing down first so that it could be attached. Erick Also called and talked to your backsplash person to explain the piece where the microwave was so that they would come to fix it so that the microwave could be installed straight and tight. We tried our best to make you happy and even did extra work that was not on the bill. The day Erick came by to pick up the final payment you were cussing at him and he asked you to stop he helped get everything taken care of for you and when he left you even told him to thank you. When we left the doors even the paint was perfect. and your kitchen looks beautiful."

Erick was a great salesman, but some of the subcontractors left much to be desired. Prior to this project, my husband who is now disabled but was a master at painting, etc. did repair to our home. He was very particular about his work. I am not at all happy with this painting project. The crew was very pleasant, but the results are far less than I expected from the very high price we were charged. Two of the shrubs in the front of our home were very badly damaged, during clean-up, they used one of my new hoses and damaged it to the point that I must replace it. We have 2 columns in front of the house. One of them was installed improperly and had to be reinstalled so we have a patch job. We were quoted a price, but it was adjusted so our final bill was $700 more than we were quoted. They ordered the materials without telling me of the price adjustment. I should have had the new quote so I could decide if I wanted to go ahead with the project at the new higher price. I feel very strongly that I was taken advantage of.

"Mary, I am sorry you feel this way. The price was because your home builder did not build the side of your house with enough boards so we had to buy extra material then pay extra labor to correct it correctly and then replace all siding, fascia, and soffits on house before painting. Has for the post I did have the guys come back out and adjust it and paint. I also will replace the hose and I did speak to them about breaking it and about the damage to the side of the shrub when replacing the front fascia. The estimate does state we can not control the price of material after 30 days of estimate and your home held up the project so material did go up. Your home looks beautiful. I even took pictures of before during and after."

This is a generous 3-star rating. If you are satisfied with *average*, you are seeking out the right crew. If you are happy with 1 coat of paint, this is your team. If you are okay with them hanging your exterior door at an angle in the frame, then waiting 3 weeks for them to come back, only to have them put a bandaid on the obvious problem, hire Erick.

Bathroom Remodel
My wife and I could not be happier with our newly remodeled Master Bathroom. Erick and his staff took great care making sure we received everything we wanted and beyond. His crew showed up everyday and on time. They performed superior work and cleaned the job site each day. We worked thru a couple of change orders with ease. In the end, we love our new Mather Bath and are now making plans to remodel our Kitchen. No doubt, we will look to Erick and A&B Painting for his services!
