I am having trouble getting a receipt, other than that, it was great.

I needed a plumber to replace a 20 year old water heater that worked like a charm for many years. Of course it went out on a day with below freezing temperatures. So I needed a professional asap since I had to turn the water off due to leaky water heater. I scheduled the work for Monday morning at 7:30 am . Noel was there on time as stated on Monday morning and he was very easy to communicate with and understood my problem. We worked together to determine which water heater would be a good replacement. I had done some research before hand and had two types in mind, One was an A. O. Smith, or a Rheem 50 gallon. I chose the Rheem 50 gallon, which matched my Rheem Furnace. Once the decision was made Noel was able to obtain one from a supply co, and returned to install. Removing the old one was a bit of a job draining with a lot of calcium build up on a 12 degree weather day can be no fun. Once the old unit was removed, Noel installed the new one and added the right length gas lines and water connection with true precision. once connected and water was heating he then installed the safety equipment which was a drain pan, and metal strap that supported the entire water heater secured to a stud in the dry wal. Overall I am very pleased will my new water heater and service provided. Noel helped me out of a major household situation and I'm very grateful for his service and professionalism. Showers are hot and good to go for many years to come. Price was well worth the work done. Sincerely, Adam
