I am an All-Around Home Maintenance Company. I am a Licensed Journeyman Electrician, and also Certified in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. I can do various minor projects inside and outside of your home. I have experience with windows, siding, and deck replacements and repairs. I can also do drywall, flooring, and painting. I can do electrical installations as well as troubleshoot any electrical issues you may have, I can snake your sewer back-ups and fix plumbing leaks, I can also troubleshoot furnaces. I am available for Emergency Services at $90/hour if it's after 5 pm. For customers with multiple properties, I will maintain your properties and be available for service calls, price is determined by the number of properties you need maintained.
