AB Roofing

Terrible serivce. They supposedly came to do an inspection but no one ever came. Then kept badgering me for 3 months afterwards to move forward with them without ever sending someone else to inspect. Probably just looked on Google maps to do the estimate rather than come by personally.Owner is commenting below still not trying to fix the situation but rather is trying to shame me. I get no inspection, say no thank you, then get 3 months of SPAM calls/texts, and then Josh tries to twist the situation and no apology! Oof

AB roofing sent a contractor out to fix a leak in our roof in agost. After the repair was completed, the roof continued to leak--noticed it that same day. I informed the AB roofing office by voicemail and emailed the contractor directly that the roof wasn't repaired. I continued to follow up for weeks until I finally got someone on the phone. They ended up cancelling an appointment the morning of--they said the contractor was sick. I won't be using them again.

AB Roofing tried cashing a downpayment check AFTER a contract was cancelled. Price quoted was ~$20000 higher than competitors. Even after providing and confirming cancellation with josh attempt to cash the check would have royally screwed me had the proper precautions not been taken. Ab has proven to be untrustworthy and I would recommend steering clear of them

AB Roofing was recommended to me by a friend, having already got a few quotes from other roofers, I got an almost immediate reply from them to arrange a quote, they came the day after and had a thorough look over the loft space and roof and gave a competitive price for the jobs that needed doing, replacing slates, bedding ridge tiles and maintenace on the chimney stack, the job was booked to do the very next day. The guys arrived the next day and worked solidly to get the job done. Communication with this company was flawless, they replied to every text message even ones that were sent later at night and the email and invoice were sent straight away when the was job completed also get a guarantee for their work. Phoned AB Roofing Sunday morning after storm damage to roof causing a leak. Within a few hours the roof had been repaired and water tight again. Highly recommended

Josh and the team have helped repair the rooves on our two blocks of flats, a few times now sometimes small jobs, replacing tiles, this week a bigger job replacing the soffits and reattaching the gutters in some sections. The works looks good and sound. Josh is very responsive, straightforward, and always reliable. The team is very helpful and they work well together figuring out how to deal with issues if they arise.

The team at AB Roofing did a great job at my parents house. The quote for the work was generated quickly and the work was completed within a few days of the quote being accepted. Photos of the work were sent to show where the repairs had been made Very happy with the service provided.

After a poor experience with another roofing company, we give Josh a call to look at a leak we were seeing on some of our plasterboard inside the house. Josh and his team were round within a couple of days to inspect the issue, and had it all wrapped up and sorted for us a few days later after that. Spoke yesterday and the boys were able to repair my ridge tiles and other repair work this morning. They were up there for a few hours, very polite and cheerful, would definitely recommend.

Contacted AB Roofing as I had a leak in my newly plastered ceiling. He came on the same day for review. The issue was identified and fixed immediately there and then! I would highly recommend his services, he fixed something caused by poor practices of another roofer! I was worried my plaster job would be ruined, but the quick fix provided by AB Roofing saved the day.

After being messed around by a number of local roofing firms I hired AB Roofing to replace and repair our Hip tiles and some other tiles that were missing or damaged.After understandably being delayed due to bad weather, the lads came today and carried out all the necessary repairs. They were friendly and professional throughout and appear to have done a great job fixing our roof. They stuck to the original price that was quoted. Phenomenal service. Rang at 8.30am after Storm Arwen took some ridge tiles off the roof. Josh were out 2 hours later to remove any more loose tiles to make it safe, and quoted a fair price to make the repairs to the roof and gutter later next week. Really impressed, and to have peace of mind about the rest of the roof is invaluable. Can recommend them enough!
