They were able to remove a strong urine smell from a carpet. We didn't have to replace carpet.

I just moved to Arizona from California and my couches were filthy dirty (as we know most uhaul trucks are) When I Brought them down I noticed they were so dirty I was contemplating throwing them out. I used servicemagic to get quotes to get someone to come out and clean them for me. The same day I received an email from ABSO CLEAN rep. was very professional. Today 2/28/07 I am sitting on literally brand new couches (at least they look that way thanks to ABSO CLEAN). But their asset I liked best was how fast they responded and came out to my property to help me with my couches. This Has been a great experience for me.

Both guys were great. Very professional, knowledgable, and pleasant. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the entire house done in less than an hour. They cleaned up any mess they may have made, they re-coiled my hose and put the nosle back on it - it was all seemless. I've already recommended your company to relatives.
