Ryan the service tech did a very good job. He did the final punch out of four windows. He arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Overall, we are satisfied with the installers. We would use them again.

This is the best contractor that I’ve had doing work in the 23 years living in Florida. Every single employee that we interacted with is an asset to the company. Starting with Samira the sales rep. Wow! Knowledgeable and what a personable young lady. The gentleman that came to measure the windows, I think he was a superintendent, maybe Ken was his name, again very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Finally the installation crew. Headed up by Cody. Skilled, knowledgeable, patient, respectful as were his crew Justin and Coco. These 3 guys are the advent guard of window installation and anything else they encounter performing their duties. We are beyond satisfied and grateful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryan came today to complete the punch out and finish the project, a little painting, etc.. He is another good asset to Absolute Windows. He completed the job in a timely manner and he did a very nice job. He also went over the entire operation of the windows as Cody had done earlier. Who ever is in charge of hiring they are really good at it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Again!!!

Absolute Window replaced 13 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and 3 swing doors in our home. Installation team Cody, Justin, and Coco were an absolute pleasure to work with. Ryan was great for the punch out service after inspection too. They worked around our busy home with young children and took great care of all our items. Floor runners in every work area, plastic draped over furniture and personal items. They removed trash everyday and the installation is flawless. They clearly take pride in what they do and we’d recommend them to anyone needing Impact Windows and Doors in Southwest Florida ! Thanks again!

We called Absolute Windows after reading their many positive reviews, and bc they are a local, family-owned business. The salesperson was informative and not pushy. Once the windows had arrived, we were promptly contacted and a scheduling day set. The installers, Greg and Aleazar, were prompt, professional, hard workers and very conscientious. They cleaned up every day before they left, and they were respectful of us and our property. Although today was the final install day of two sliding glass doors and a houseful of windows, the the windows are already providing the quiet we were looking for, and we are looking forward to savings on our electric bill for years to come.

Salesman is not pushy. He answered all of our questions and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. The office staff are so nice. They had the best product at the best price.
